Service Description
Two 50 minutes private session to build a strong foundation before joining group sessions. These sessions are tailored to introduce you gently and confidently to Pilates. You’ll learn the key principles of breath, alignment, and control while we assess your posture and movement patterns. This allows us to understand your body’s needs and ensure your future classes are both safe and effective. By the end of your Starter Pack, you’ll: Become familiar with the equipment and terminology Understand how to move with control and precision Know which class level suits you best Be ready to transition smoothly into group sessions This is the perfect starting point for anyone new to Pilates — a calm, focused way to build your foundation and begin your journey with clarity and confidence.
